Celebrity Big Brother 2013 is out, and once again it is filled with a bunch of inane D-listers who we barely recognise (and a few who we’ve had to Google – *cough* Neil Ruddock). Who are all these people? Have Channel 5 no budget at all?

From plastic fantastic Heidi Montag and her equally robotic husband, Spencer Pratt, to an oversized Claire Richards of Steps fame and will-do-anything-for-money Frankie Dettori, this year’s CBB is set to be the most boring to date.
